1 cup sunflower oil 1 cup yogurt 3 eggs 4 medium sized potatoes, peeled, cut in cubes 3 onions, chopped 1 carrot, peeled, cut in cubes 1/2 cup sweet peas, frozen, soaked in hot water and drained 1 tsp mint 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp salt 2 1/2 cup flour Whisk the sunflower oil, eggs and yogurt in a plastic bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the flour, and mix. Slowly add the flour in and knead. Spread equally into the oven dish. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is nicely coloured. Serve it for breakfast, as a snack with tea or as a side dish for a light meal:)
