Hi to you all and just to introduce myself to you. My name is Ann and I live here at the Fulya pension near the lakeside and have done so since the beginning of June, have met very few of you as this has been our busy time, but as we are now quieter, very few tourists now, if you are passing by please call in and say Hi as I shall be very glad of the conversation and tea is always available here, and having messenger to home is not quite the same as good old chatting, and my turkish is very limited still. Cheers Ann

Hi Ann New member myself up in Toparlar, will try and get down to say hello, are you living here permanently? I think some of the ladies get together on Tuesday mornings about 11.30 in the cay garden in the square for a bit of a chin wag. Haven't been myself yet but will try and get there next week in case you can make it Helen

Hi Helen, yes hopefully will be able to make it tomorrow, is the chay garden the one by the lion in the centrum as they call it on the grass area, or is it somewhere else where they meet, shows how isolated I've been these last few months really, as not sure where it is. Anyway hopefully we will meet up tomorrow and am looking forward to doing so, if you like we can meet by the lion as I know for sure where that is, but don't worry if not as will find you all, take care, Ann

Hi Andrea and hope all is ok with you both. England is still very grey, waiting for the sun to appear today. But it has been good catching up with old friends again, not quite the same emailing them. And sorting out my winter clothing to take back with me, didn't realise I had so much stuff still to take over, which is a pain. You won't recognise the place when you come again, the reception area has been enlarged and is now finished, thankfully I missed the tail end of the work, the beginning was bad enough for me. Also the bar/restaurant is near completion, just the furniture to be put in now and the accessories, so will be great to see it all complete when I go back this next week, We are having the opening on the 25th October, so sorry you won't be there for that. Have you managed to persuade your parents to come over for a few months to stay this winter, I did say to them that we would like to see them over there, and the weather would be much better for them, so tell them that I hope we will see them, and would look forward to chatting with them, they are great company. Well catch up with you soon, take care, Ann
