dorma bungalows

Hi I am looking for a particular dorma bungalow in Koycegiz. Seen advertised with Pegasus (and I have e-mailed a few times to ask directions) The bungalows are new build dorma bungalows advertised as group of 10 close to town centre. We live out of the area but often visit the Monday market and a relative in England asked us to find out where they are situated. Can someone give us directions from the main road coming into Koycegiz and then we can view them. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi have looked at the pegasaus web site and haven't found these bungalows that you need info about. If you could let me know more information about these, then I can get more info for you. Can you let me have the pegasaus reference number then as that would make it easier for me to get the information for you. I live here and don't have any knowledge of 10 bungalows in this area, so any additional info would be most helpful, I can also with this info call in to their office and find out more for you. I also understand that Dorma means a bungalow with the dorma being an extra room in the roof. If this is not correct please let me know, and I will come back to you with the info that you need. Hi thanks for that and was able to locate them on the web site then. These have not started to be built yet, usually when they have 2-4 people interested in buying an off plan investment, that's when these are then started, which is why they probably didn't get back in touch with you, if you like I can call in the office and find out more details for you. Hi ann, thanks. Yes you can make enquiries if you do'nt mind. Just need to know where they are and quality of build. Then if we are in the area we can go and look and let my brother know, think he is looking for a holiday home, but not planning to come over this year

Just to let you know that I have found out where they are to build these bungalows. They are to be built next to the Panaroma Hotel opposite the lake. They have not been started yet as I thought, but the 1500 msqu garden has the same information on there as the web site, so is in a prime location. So next time you are in Koycegiz you can have a look at the site. The same company are buiding some apartments just before the Panaroma Hotel as well and these have been started. So at least you can see the workmanship there. I shall be going back to the UK on Friday for a few months, but if you are in Koycegiz before then, call in at the Fulya Pension and I can direct you to there if you like, unless you already know the area.
