1 lb ground beef 1/4 cup grated cheese 1 Tbs oregano 1 dash garlic powder 1 dash onion powder 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 Tbs parsley 2 eggs Mix all ingredients together and form balls. Coat a largeskillet with non-stick olive oil spray. Fry meatballs for about 10 minutes or until nice and brown. Store in an airtight container & refrigerator until ready to use, or drop immediately into tomato sauce and cook until sauce is heated through. Enjoy
