Can anyone recommend a nice, reasonably priced hotel or bed and breakfast for us when we come to Koycegiz in a couple of weeks time?

the ones that are ok are Fulya pension and Rose apartments, all roughly in the same area and you shouldn't pay more than 25-30ytl a night at that time of year, they all have their own web sites for you to look at, hope that helps you, all are ok
