Two pigeons were found carrying a cell phone and a battery on their backs in a prison in the northwestern province of Bartýn on Saturday.
Prison guards at Bartýn Prison discovered two pigeons in the prison courtyard with a cell phone and a battery taped to their backs. Prison officials said the pigeons were apparently too tired to fly any further with the items.
The Bartýn Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation to find the would-be recipient of the cell phone. The pigeons are currently being kept at the prison
