You can't call from UK mobiles or to Turkey mobiles.
You still need the Internet to set up the call. You put your landline number in the box and where you wish to call, your landline phone then rings and the call is set up for free for 10 minutes.
So you are not spammed to death use a freebie junk email service such as www.mailinator.com
