Yusuf has closed down in the Square, and have been told he has moved up the back road near to the smaller Mosque.  He shut down due to lack of trade with the 2 new outlets opening around him , but moving up the back road he has more competition than before, and very low prices as well to compete against. He could also be opening a furniture shop that sells scooters.!!!!!!!!!!  , as is the norm at the moment. |

He has moved behind the stadium at the side of the library. All the college kids and school kids are up there.
His old place in the square is going to be a pastry shop.
The Fatura Bank has now moved round the corner facing PTT more or less, it is facing Damla and next to the solicitor.

Oh well, I used to enjoy sitting outside Yusef's watching the world go by, I don't think I will go to his new place just to look at the Stadium and Library, but good luck to him and hope he is successful up there.
I can't understand why people use the Fatura Bank to pay their Bills and get charged for the privilege. Its just as easy, and no charge, to pay the Bills at source.

I go to the new one, Ali'nin Yeri at the side of old Fatura Bank, it used to be the Ozey Emlak.
Ali is a really decent chap, prices spot on for brits and turks alike and him and his wife are really friendly. He is going to put a roof garden on and open as a restaurant with beer etc.
1/4 chicken sandwich only 1TL,( which is why you see Mehmet the bookseller there each day) - 1/2 sandwich is 2TL, Chips are 2TL and really great cheeseburger with all the trimmings is 2.5TL I think
He gives you tea on the house while you are sat there reading or whatever and is sorting out getting wireless internet fitted for people who want to browse.
I am probably a traitor because it was facing Yusuf'un Donor Ev and Yusuf looked out at people eating at Ali's but I gather he had already planned to move.
If you look over as you walk by you will see it is slowly getting busier and getting a few regulars.
