TCH have announced a new cash cow from March 2nd 2009,
For all flight only bookings, booked from the 2nd March 2009, passengers wishing to check in luggage can do so for a small charge as shown below. Passengers can select this option during the booking journey, adding on the website after the booking has been made or via the call centre. All passengers will still receive 5kg of hand luggage free on all flights.
You can now add hold luggage by passenger, which was not possible before. So, for example, if you have four passengers on the booking and only two wish to check in hold luggage then this can be added. This cannot be done, however by flight, so if you have passengers on a return flight the baggage is added for both the outbound and inbound flights.
Prices are from £8.00 per passenger per flight for all short and medium haul flights (Flight duration of up to 6 hours) and from £15.00 per passenger per flight for all long haul flights (Flight duration of 6 hours or more).

Please note that when adding hold luggage via the website and customer help desk this can only be added OUTSIDE of 7 days before your first departing flight. Once we are inside of the 7 days we are not able to add this service and the airline charges will apply on the day. Also any bookings that are made within 4 days of the first departure, all charges will be mandatory.If passengers have not pre booked hold luggage before they travel they will be charged per bag at check in.
