Has anyone installed the new IE 8 on their computer, I am considering it but have been put off by conflicting reports of it causing problems because all the bugs have not been sorted.  Any feedback would be appreciated |

Hi there, I don't know what operating system you're using, but mine is Vista and I had loads of operating conflicts after installing IE8. I now use Firefox which has been fine with no issues what so ever. I guess you could wait a while until MS sort out the bugs or chance it anyway, the decision is yours, good luck with it. Ian  |

Thanks for the information, I will sit on the fence for a bit longer. I am using Windows XP at the moment and will not install Vista due to the adverse reports, although I do have friends that use Vista and no problems on their new lap tops.
