Builders

Hi all,
Jackie and I will be back in Turkey in early april (date yet to be decided).
We want to do some work on our house but are having trouble identifying a reliable builder. We have approached Burc Kiratli and although he has promised to send us a quote, nothing has arrived and after several phone calls and emails we are inclined to give up on him.
Do any of you know a builder that will supply a quote and who's work is reasonable? Or am I asking for the impossible in Koycegiz?
All help will be appreciated, see yuou all in April.

Hi all,

We are now back in the UK having completed some building work on our house.

I am pleased to say that we put the work in the hands of Bulent from Koycegiz Real Estate, as he was the only one that replied to our first request for builders.

He was as good as his word and completed everything that we wanted. The price was acceptable to us and he kept to his original quote.

The work done is a good standard and we are negotiating with him to complete some more work for us.

Hopefully we can reach an agreement with him and both Jackie and I will be happy to work with him again.

So if you need building work done a good place to start would be to talk to Bulent.
