Three Turkish drivers took their cars to Mugla for MOT test this week, the examiners checked their Traffic Sigorta and refused to even start the inspection. The reason being that the Insurance Cert. did not have the " Traffic Sigorta Pula" sticker on the bottom. It is approx 40mm diameter, pink with a yellow stripe across,with a Police No., vehicle reg. no. and the expiry date of the Policy.
Please check your Policy to ensure you are legally insured because the Traffic Police are supposedly checking the Policies on roadside checks.
No problems getting a Sticker, just go to your Sigorta and ask for one to be put on, (no charge)
It doesn't have to be on your Fully Comprehensive Policy if you have one.
