It looks as if Pegasus Emlak has gone"BUMP", there is a Bailiff's note on the door and Ray has not been seen for a few weeks.
It is alleged that he owes a lot of money and has done a runner to England, and he holds a number of Tapus in his name.
It is also rumoured that he has been raising money against the Tapus in his name on properties paid for by other people.I must stress that this is only a rumour and until proven otherwise must stay a rumour.
If anyone has got a Tapu in Ray's name and has been struggling to transfer the Tapu into your name please let us know your experience.
