Went to the Domestic Terminal yesterday evening, what a pleasant surprise. All the public areas and entrances were painted white, not lime-wash ( Kiric ), but quality silicone paint. All the lights were on, it was like daylight, really made you feel welcome. . Compare that to the dump they call the "International Airport", its like chalk and cheese. It's just a pile of grey concrete that is a money making exercise for ATM who built and are running this monstrosity. The first thing a foreign visitor sees on arrival is a grim concrete monolith, loosely termed the the New International Airport, even worse on departure. I believe the Terminal is unfinished and ATM couldn't afford to paint it, all they could think of was how to rip the passengers off to recoup some of the Capital Outlay spent on the construction.
