Sunday: Not a cloud in the sky all day, but the temperature was right, 38C. we will see what happens today.

The Hurriyet are saying that its 6 to 8 degrees above the seasonal norm for this time of year. Coupled with the high humidity it feels more like 44 degrees. Chuffin' hot!

Tuesday: Not a cloud in the sky and 38C. At last, the weather guru has realised what a clanger he has dropped and instead of T/Storms today (Wed), we are promised wall to wall sunshine and for the next 5 days the same, but with temps of 40C plus, HURRAY !!!!!.

To add to the doom and gloom, slightly off topic, my ECU on my car is "cream crackered" and they quoted 1750 lira for a new one, OUCH !!, but the good news is they can repair it for 500 lira, oh happy days.
