PETROL PRICES IN TURKEY

To all the people in the UK who are complaining about the cost of fuel at the pumps, you have it cushy

The pump price ( 95 Octane Unleaded ) in Turkey is 3.99 lira/ litre, £1.75 in proper money, that is £7.96/ gallon , in a country where the average worker earns around 1,000 lira/ month, ( £425.00 ).

Every Petrol Station is within 1 kurus/litre (0.0235p) of each other, NO COMPETION and there is a CARTEL between the Petrol Retailers

So count your blessings, and think of us before you complain too much, because we have another rise shortly.

95 Octane Petrol is 4.05 lira at the pumps today and due to the problems in Libya and the Middle East further increases are in the pipeline.

Lucky me, I changed my car yesterday, and it has a Gas Conversion already installed. ;D ;D ;D

Gas price is 2.24 lira a litre, who's a clever boy then. ??

From now on I am only going to complain about the price of Gas (LPG), and its currently 2.29 lira/litre. .

Once more then, petrol is currently 4.19 lira/litre.

With the price of oil at its lowest for 6 months, the cost of petrol, diesel and LPG is being reduced all over Europe.

What happens in Turkey ??, the price goes up around 5%.

The Cash Cow strikes again.

Just to let you know that LPG for my car is now 2.45 kurus, an increase of 7% over 6 months, God knows what the price will be in January 2012.

Bought a Gas Cylinder yesterday, 69 chuffing lira, don't envy the people with LPG central heating.
