Clocks go forward on the 27th March, ,but not in Turkey the Government, in their infinite wisdom, have announced that the clocks go forward on the 28th March, 24 hrs later.
Why , because over 1 million students are taking an exam and they will be short of sleep by 1 hour prior to the exam.
This can only happen in Turkey and for 24 hours we will be 1 hour time difference with the rest of Europe, (3 hours in front of the UK). So if you are travelling out of Turkey I would advise you check your departure times.
Applying logic to the supposed problem, why not delay the start of the exam by 1 hour ??, but thats too simple for the powers that be.
