The ISTANBUL LOKANTA no longer serves liver in a clay dish, I am mortified and so will the Broglia's ( Jill & Bob). I don't think its a liver shortage in the Butchers, I am trying to find out. That leaves me with a Pizza or Pide for lunch in future and there is too much pastry on both of them, the same in any Lokanta.
