advice needed my freind has gone back to uk for about a year and a emlak in koycegiz has put his house up for sale without his permmision who would i have to go to get them to remove he has asked but they still wont remove and my freind said he is the only emlak he doesnt trust thanks

If the Tapu is in your friends name the Emlak cannot sell the house without Power of Attorney.

If you can get the key to the house, change the locks.
The Zabita would my first move.

yes tapu in his name now changed locks freind emailed again asking to be removed but still there as usal this emlak thinks he can do what he likes
