Has anyone noticed driving around Koycegiz the new white line marking carried out on the roads. Double white lines, no overtaking, broken lines on junctions.I drove around as they were doing them and after finishing the lines the workmen put cones down to allow the paint to dry. Just drove along the "Beach Road" and the workmen were removing the cones. They hadn't finished and 3 cars overtook me at speed, crossing the double white lines. Don't people understand what double lines mean, as it appears to be a waste of manpower and paint.

the white lines are there for the night time so the drunks can keep in a straight line all the way home only one problem there may be accidents where the lines are broken at junctions as they wont know what to do also the double line is for the scooters to see who can stay inbetween the lines longest

The wobbly ex-pats on their scooters have no chance riding between the lines, they couldn't get close enough to start.
