RAMADAN

Ramadan starts August 1st until August 30th.

How people will cope with not drinking any liquid at all during daylight hours ( Hottest month of the year ) is beyond my apprehension, and I have total admiration for those that do it.

yes we must have respect for there belives but hope our little hospital has put on extra beds for the elderly even thoe they can get a dispensation to allow them to drink quite a few still refuse lets hope they stay in doors and are ok

To all the people that live anywhere around the Panorama Hotel and beyond, keep the Ramadan Drummer up your end.
There appears to be only one Drummer this year and we don't want him round our neck of the woods, everybody around here has got mobile phones or alarm clocks to wake up with.

The Ramadan Drummer came round today for his money (gift), no way, they have woke me up at 3.00am on numerous occasions, someone should tell them that sunrise is 6.00am.

I look out of my lounge window and there are no lights on anywhere, am I the only one thats mug enough to wake up and go downstairs.

But we have it cracked,when we hear them coming round for their money, we lock the gate, turn the TV off and hide in the kitchen until they decide there is no one in and go elsewhere.
