Sitting in the Square today, a van drove up to SOK with "Cankaya" on the side, its no use going in there I thought, they don't sell alcohol.
Two men got out and went into SOK carrying briefcases, reading what was written on the side of the van, it read, " Health & Safety Investigation Laboratory".
They spent around 45 mins in SOK,came out, gave them a certificate and drove off, only going into SOK and nowhere else.

I don't think its Govt. sponsored but probably a Private Company contracted to SOK.

Is this the intro. into the 21st Century with regards to H&S in Turkey.

no such luck as healf and saftey i have been told before they coma at least once a month at diffrent times due to the number of complaints about the cold meats and i say cold lightly lol

I have been told they went to the other SOK on the island as well. Never heard of any complaints though about the "cold" meats, but then again, I don't get into the village very often.
