Just found this on "flythomascook.com"
ATOL protection Contribution (APC)
All bookings made on www.flythomascook.com on or after 1st November 2010 are no longer charged or bonded through ATOL.
All bookings made on www.flythomascook.com before 1st November 2010 are still bonded through ATOL.
ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK.
I assume you will be covered on ABTA, make sure you pay with a Credit Card in case of problems.
