Ramadan starts Friday 20th July until Saturday 18th August (30 days).
I have a lot of respect for the Muslims that, in this heat, can go through the daylight hours (15 hours at this time of year) without food, drink and cigarettes if they smoke.
I am especially looking forward to my friendly Ramadan Drummer who insists on waking me up around 3.00 am. every day for a month.
